Location: Westmead Hospital

Duration: 9am-5pm

The SALSA (Students As LifeStyle Activists) Educator training workshop will prepare university students to deliver the award winning SALSA program in a one day workshop in high schools.

This one day training workshop, coupled with your delivery in a high school workshop/s will:

• Provide real world experience

• Empower you to inspire young people

• Enhance your teaching and communication skills

• Provide opportunities to network and work in a multidisciplinary team

• Build up your CV and work experience

Limited workshops are offered annually. A working with Children's Check (WWC) is required.

You are invited to register if you are a current university student interested in adolescent health, are able to attend a full day training workshop and are able to co-facilitate a full day workshop in a high school.
